Violence on women of the south area of Ciego de Avila province during 2003

He/she was carried out a descriptive observational study to know the behavior of some variables related with the violence in women of the south area of the Blind county of Ávila whose testimony was validated in the Provincial Department of Legal Medicine in the year 2003. The physical violence prevailed as morbilidad cause and in all the types of violence most of the victims were housewives. The biggest number of facts happened in the Blind municipality of Ávila in its own home or in public places. Most of the women that suffered physical violence as morbilidad cause were between the 35 and 59 years, happening the facts in more grade in the afternoon, motivated by the passion; the relationship victim-victimario by the biggest percent in the cases it was loving. The violent deaths happened fundamentally in women bigger than 60 years prevailing the suicides, which were for psychological factors by the biggest percent in the cases. All the analyzed homicides owed to mobile pasionales being observed a loving relationship between the victim and the aggressor. Most of these violent deaths happened in the afternoon. In the sexual crimes the violations prevailed, the women among 20 and 34 years, the schedule of the night and the dawn and the aggressors were ignored.Downloads
