Pleuropericardial cyst
Abstract
The imaging sequence presented corresponds to a pleuroperticardial cyst, diagnosed in a 34-year-old white woman with a history of arterial hypertension, with precordial pain, chest tightness, palpitations, and exertional dyspnea of three months' evolution.
