Nosocomial infections due to gramnegative. Multiresistant bacteria among which Pseudomona and acinetobacter has an important place; are the cause of different hospital acquired infection above all in patients whose immunological system and defense barriers are compromised (ventilated patients, weakining chronic illness, antibiotics of broad spectrum, ealthters). These bacteria shored a high resistence to different antibiotic groups by different mechanisms where betalactam production of extended spectrum, among others.Downloads
