Osteopoikilosis.Case report.

The case of a white complexion, nineteen- year -old male patient is presented with history of left knee trauma one year prior to admission. Due to suspecion of synovitis, some round or oval-symetrical lesions have been found, located at the amicron, elbows, writs, carpus, distal extremity of the humerus, as well as at the fibula. There is neither reaction of the periosteum nor soft or articulatory parts are taken. Similar alterations have been found on his father, being diagnosed osteopoikilosis. The literature is revised, and some aspects related with it are commented.Downloads
