Síndrome de células de Sertoli. Presentación de dos casos.
Abstract
Se estudian dos pacientes que acuden a la consulta de infertilidad refiriendo la no fecundación de su pareja después de 1 año de intentarlo. En los estudios realizados encontramos como datos significativos un aumento de la FSH en ambos hombres y en el espermograma existía una azoospermia. A ambos pacientes se le indicó la realización de una biopsia testicular, informando este estudio histológico la ausencia de células germinales (Síndrome de las Células de Sertoli). A pesar de este hallazgo se decidió realizar un seguimiento y tratamiento a los dos pacientes; no lográndose finalmente la fecundación lo que coincide con la bibliografía revisada.
