Postoperative analgesic for superior abdomen surgery
Abstract
A descriptive study was done to know the behaviour of the peridural analgesia technic through the catheter insertion with the use of fractioned doses of fentanyl at a rate of 2 mcg per Kg body weight in 10ml of saline solution when pain got 2 in an individual analogous scale (IAS) in patients whowere operated on superior hemioabdomen the highest frequency of operated patients corresponded to female sex, the most common pathology were cholecystitis. Anesthesiq internal was from 5 to 5.59 hours increasing with new dosis. The hemodynamic parameters were stable and in the respiratory ones there were varations, catheter obstruction was the more frequent complications associated the analgesic with fentanyl on intermitent bolus though the cathers was tge more adequate method in the postoperative pain control.Downloads
