Abstract

Se presenta el caso de una adulta joven con dolor abdominal desde hace un año agudizado en la última semana y acompañado de diarreas líquidas, detectándose a la exploración física: Nódulo de 2-3 cm en el cuadrante inferior de la mama izquierda (displasia mamaria), abdomen doloroso a la palpación superficial y profunda en epigastrio, cuyos complementarios detectaron como positivo un prolapso pilórico con signos de duodenitis, Trichomonas Vaginales, E. Coli y oocisto de Cryptosporidium identificado en muestras de heces fecales con la técnica de fuscina carbol. Se le realizó además cuantificación de inmunoglobulinas dentro de los límites normales y VIH negativo. La paciente evolucionó satisfactoriamente de su cuadro digestivo en un periodo de 7 días
