Conocimiento sobre sexualidad humana en niños de la enseñanza primaria
Abstract
Se realizó una investigación observacional descriptiva para comprobar el conocimiento sobre sexualidad humana de los niños de segundo, tercero y cuarto grados de los Semi-Internados de Primaria del municipio Morón. Provincia Ciego de Ávila, Cuba, en los meses de abril y mayo de 1984. El nivel de conocimiento sobre sexualidad humana en los niños entrevistados resultó deficiente. La frecuencia de niños que respondieron de forma adecuada a cada una de las preguntas efectuadas aumentó de segundo a cuarto grado. Menos del 50% de los niños investigados recibían información sobre aspectos de educación sexual por cualquiera de las vías exploradas. La información que reciben de los padres sobre sexualidad humana decrece de segundo a cuarto grado mientras que la adquirida por las restantes vías asciende. La influencia sexo-educativa de los medios de difusión masiva en los niños es limitada.
