The Provincial Scientific Front of Health in Ciego de Ávila province. Notes for a work program
Abstract
Introduction: the management of science and innovation lost the individuality of the early stages in which exceptional people devoted themselves to the passion of finding solutions to questions. Although the development of science imposed new methods, there are still manifest the non-existence of invigorate structures for the management of science and innovation, and the lack of integration between scientific bodies, so measures that respond to these needs are required.
Development: the requirements of a change in the forms of organization of science and innovation for inclusive labor of all the factors that influence human health conditioned the creation of the Provincial Scientific Front of Health in Ciego de Ávila province as management entity responsible for coordinating nimbly and with managerial competence the necessary actions with groups and social organizations that should be involved in deepening, clearing and settlement of the main problems identified through dynamic and consistent actions.
Conclusions: the creation of the Provincial Scientific Front of Health in Ciego de Ávila is a strength for the development of management processes for Science, Technology and Innovation, and is a vital tool for achieving intersectoral integration in strategic tasks directed towards solving major health problems in the territory.Downloads
