Hallazgos anatomopatológicos de microcalcificaciones agrupadas en la mamografía.
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio observacional descriptivo donde se dan a conocer los hallazgos anatómopatológicos de 52 pacientes que fueron intervenidas en el Hospital Provincial Docente "Antonio Luaces Iraola" de Ciego de Avila, a las cuales se les diagnosticaron microcalcificaciones agrupadas en la mamografía sin otra lesión mamográfica y con examen clínico negativo. El 28.84% de las pacientes operadas resultaron lesiones malignas. De las lesiones negativas de malignidad en el 48.64% de los casos se encontraron cambios histológicos importantes como: hiperplasia epiteliares y lobulillares, adenosis esclerosantes e hiperplasias epiteliales y lobulillares atípicas.El 53.33 % de los tumores malignos diagnosticados se encontraban en estadío 0 y el 40 % en estadío I. El 93.33 % de los casos positivos de malignidad diagnosticados fueron considerados carcinomas mínimos. Se pudo realizar cirugía conservadora de la mama al 60% de las pacientes operadas.
