Abstract

Objectives: A bibliographical review of the frequency was done clinical picture and physical exam to be done in plantar ulcers.

Development: A review was done in which is underline ulcer prevalence plantar perforated ulcer in different parts of the world, showing that 15% all diabetics suffer it, as well as clinical manifestations that are present in these patients. It is enphasize how to do the physical exam in these patients to determine the ulcer's area or the plantar places with possibilities for its appearance. Conclusions: A review of the frequency of planter ulcer is done, clinical picture as well as physical exam to be done.
