Linfangioma quístico abdominal. A propósito de dos casos pediátricos
Abstract
Los linfangiomas son un grupo poco frecuente de tumores benignos de los vasos linfáticos, representan el 6% de los tumores benignos. Son generalmente propios de la infancia, el 40% se diagnostican en el primer año de vida y el 80% antes de los 6 años, la localización más frecuente es en el cuello y las axilas en un 95% de los casos, el otro 5% tiene localización en otro sitio anatómico, menos del 5% son intraabdominales. Los linfangiomas abdominales son raros, el cuadro clínico varía desde el asintomático con aumento del perímetro abdominal, hasta la compresión debido al efecto de masa. El tratamiento siempre es quirúrgico con la exéresis del mismo. Se presentan dos casos con diagnóstico de linfangioma quístico abdominal atendidos por el Servicio de Cirugía PediátricaDownloads
