Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. A case report

Abstract

Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is a nasopharynx tumor, which is relatively rare. It is considered the bleeding tumor of puberty. It's a quirky, highly vascular, benign but locally invasive lesion and occurs almost exclusively in young males. It is reported a case of a 19 years old male who complains of bilateral nasal obstruction, it is observed reddish lump hovering on the left nostril and posterior rhinoscopy a mass equal aspect nasopharynx receiving surgical treatment and followed for one year by the Otolaryngology Department , subsequently appearing a relapse tumor in nasopharynx.
