Caracterización funcional de los profesores de los grupos básicos de trabajo en un área de salud.
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo en Sistemas y Servicios de salud para caracterizar el funcionamiento de los profesores de los Grupos Básicos de trabajo del Area de salud Norte del Municipio Ciego de Avila durante el primer semestre del año 2000.
El universo estuvo constituido por los profesores de los Grupos Básicos de trabajo, los 64 Equipos de salud de los Consultorios del Médico y la Enfermera de la familia y los decisores encargados de la evaluación del trabajo de dichos profesores.
Los decisores y profesores de los Grupos Básicos de trabajo no cuentan con todas las especialidades básicas, escasa categorización, insuficiente participación en eventos científicos y en investigaciones, deficiente superación profesional y no impartir cursos de postgrado; para el Equipo de salud los principales problemas se centraron en la escasa participación en las guardias médicas, en interconsultas y en el Análisis de la Situación de salud, no impartir cursos de postgrado y el exceso de información solicitada. El personal evaluador tiene escaso dominio de las actividades de control que les impiden conocer la situación de los Profesores de los Grupos Básicos de Trabajo.Downloads
