Comentario de la cátedra Salud Pública al artículo publicado por la revista inglesa “The Lancet” con el título: Planificando la transición en Cuba
Abstract
El pasado 13 de Agosto del 2006 la revista inglesa “The Lancet” publicó un artículo con el título: Planificando una transición en Cuba. Por tratarse de una prestigiosa revista y por el contenido del artículo consideramos necesario reproducir textualmente la traducción al español del mismo y posteriormente las consideraciones del colectivo de trabajo de la cátedra de Salud Pública:
Desde la decisión de Fidel Castro del 1ro de agosto de delegar temporalmente el liderato de Cuba a su hermano, ha habido una escalada en la retórica encaminada a influenciar la transición hacia un estado posterior a Castro.
