Intervención educativa para aumentar el conocimiento que poseen las madres de niños lactantes sobre los factores de riesgo de la sepsis urinaria
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio educativo experimental de intervención comunitaria relacionado con los factores de riesgo de la infección del tracto urinario; el objetivo fue modificar el nivel de conocimientos en las madres de lactantes sobre dichos factores de riesgo. La muestra estuvo conformada por las madres de los niños entre 0-12 meses dispensarizados en los consultorios del 1 al 9 del Grupo Básico de Trabajo #1 de la Policlínica Universitaria Norte de Ciego de Ávila. A las madres se les aplicó una encuesta diagnóstica para identificar necesidades de aprendizaje; posteriormente se aplicó un programa de intervención educativa que logró modificar positivamente el nivel de conocimiento que poseían dichas madres con relación a este tema.
