Abstract

Escolar de 8 años de edad, aparentemente saludable, remitida a nuestro servicio de urgencias por disnea ligera, con un Rx de Tórax en el que se observa radiopacidad en el lóbulo inferior del pulmón derecho, sin otros síntomas y signos acompañantes, se decide su ingreso tras examinarle y repetir la radiografía de tórax, AP y lateral derecha, se valora por radiólogo, se realiza TAC de tórax, se precisa hernia diafragmática derecha , se envía al servicio de Cirugía Pediátrica , donde es intervenida quirúrgicamente con evolución satisfactoria
