Estrategia de superación para perfeccionar la labor del tutor en los estudiantes de Medicina de la Filial de Ciencias Médicas de Morón
Abstract
La tutoría ofrece al tutor las posibilidades de desarrollar un trabajo educativo. Sin embargo, investigaciones realizadas muestran que existen insuficiencias en la labor del tutor que inciden negativamente en la formación del Médico General Básico, lo que definió el problema científico de este trabajo. Para contribuir a perfeccionar la labor del tutor en Medicina General Integral en la Atención Primaria de Salud del municipio Morón se realizó una investigación observacional descriptiva para caracterizar la labor del tutor en Medicina General Integral y diseñar una estrategia para perfeccionar la labor del mismo. El universo de estudio estuvo constituido por los 23 médicos de familia ubicados en consultorios urbanos tipo I. Para la recolección de la información se aplicaron técnicas, métodos y procedimientos, lo cual permitió realizar un análisis de los resultados donde predominó la insuficiente formación docente y científica de los mismos, de los cuales sólo una minoría posee categoría docente y entre estos los que la tienen el mayor porciento es de instructor con bajo conocimiento de aspectos relacionados con la función docente asistencial, por lo que se diseñó una estrategia de superación para perfeccionar la labor del tutor teniendo en cuenta 3 componentes: La superación, el trabajo docente asistencial y el trabajo metodológicoDownloads
