A retrospective study of 37 files belonging to patients diagnosed Perforated Peptic Ulcer was performed and confirmed in the transoperative period from January 1995 to December 2000, at the “Capita´n Roberto Rodríguez” General Provincial Teaching Hospital of Moro´n city. The prevailing age and sex, the relationship between this disease and the toxic habits, sites of the perforations and sex, the surgical technique used as well as the mortality rates have been analyzed.Downloads
