Evaluación del desempeño profesional de especialistas en medicina general integral en comunidad. Morón. Año 2002
Abstract
Se realizó una investigación observacional descriptiva con el objetivo de evaluar el nivel de desempeño de los Médicos Especialistas en Medicina General Integral que laboraban en comunidad, Municipio Morón ( 24 Especialistas) mediante la aplicación de una guía de observación que como resultado exploró el cumplimiento de las acciones contenidas en las actividades planificadas en el programa de trabajo del Médico y la Enfermera de la Familia, en el período comprendido desde el seis de enero al seis de septiembre del año 2002. Como conclusión se obtiene que el 79.2 % de los Especialistas tiene un nivel de desempeño profesional aceptable, un 20.8% mínimo aceptable no teniendo evaluado ninguno de inaceptable. Predominó en el grupo evaluado como aceptable los Especialistas que tenían menos de 2 años de graduados y los que llevaban más de 5 años. Las acciones de salud de mayor dificultad corresponde a las de rehabilitación y promoción de salud.
