Actinomicosis del cuello uterino que simula un cáncer
Abstract
Se reporta el caso de una mujer de 52 años de edad con historia de un dispositivo intrauterino de 27 años de evolución y lesión extensa necrótica del cuello uterino que simula un cáncer. El primer estudio biópsico realizado no evidenció tumor y se efectuó una segunda biopsia, que demostró colonias de antinomyces con una inflamación granulomatosa. Se revisan los aspectos clínicos e histopatológicos de esta entidad. Se realiza una revisión de la literatura médica sobre el tópico y se encontró que este es el primer caso reportado en la provincia de Ciego de Avila con esta forma clínica.
