Factores de riesgo coronarios y estilo de vida de los trabajadores de la EPEP de Majagua.
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio observacional descriptivo con el objetivo de determinar los factores de riesgo coronarios y estilo de vida de nuestros trabajadores con el propósito de definirlos y actuar sobre ellos para contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida de ellos, para obtener los resultados. Se aplicó una encuesta previamente diseñada por los autores a 156 trabajadores del total del grupo en que se realiza el estudio registrados en el Dpto. de Recursos Humanos seleccionados al azar por método aleatorio simple; denotando en el trabajo que los principales factores de riesgo que están afectando a los trabajadores son las dietas ricas en grasa, sal y azucares, el sedentarismo, la tensión emocional mantenida; la hipertensión arterial; la historia de la enfermedad coronaria en familiares y el hábito de fumar. Para la realización de este estudio consultamos un total de 15 referencias bibliográficas, los resultados se exponen en 8 tablas utilizando un solo anexo (La Encuesta Diseñada), todo lo anterior nos posibilitó realizar actividades de educación para la salud de forma diferenciada y emitir algunas recomendaciones.
