Fractura de astrágalo: Presentación de un caso.
Abstract
Presentamos un paciente masculino de 25 años, obrero agrícola que presentó una fractura abierta del cuello astrágalo grado III de Weber-Martin-Lehner, tratado en el Servicio de Ortopedia y Traumatologìa del Hospital General Provincial Docente "Roberto Rodrìguez Fernàndez" de Moròn. Al momento del ingreso se le realizò desbridamiento secuencial y osteosìntesis mìnima; presentando evolutivamente absceso cara medial del tobillo que se drenò. Posteriormente se realizò injerto libre de piel del defecto de piel de las caras medial y lateral del tobillo. La consolidaciòn de la fractura ocurriò a las 12 semanas y como secuela presentò dolor durante el apoyo.Downloads
