Abstract

A case appears little frequents new born of a carrying one of a Hamartoma Hepático of left lobe. It is dealed with successfully by means of lobectomia left by technique of digitoclasia, after exhausting different resources for the diagnose. Its later evolution is favorable a year after the surgical treatment. Literature to the effect is reviewed.
