Evaluation of the professional competence of gyneco-obstetrics specialists

A descriptive study was developed in Ciego de Avila where an asessment instrument of the objective test type was applied to 36 first grade specialist in gyneco-obstetrics to determine the professional competence in the 2001. The best results were observed in the evaluations in the North Area and in secondary attention. The topics of higher mastery and difficulties by the examined. The questions and type of questions had higher and lessr evaluations are shown. It was shown an acceptablel confidence of the instrument with an Cronbach index of 0.837.Downloads
