Barret's esophagus is an entity not frequently diagnosed in our hospital due to the its hidden symptomatology. Many cases are not discovered but when panendoscopy is developed its number is higler and much higler when necrological studies are carried out. Due to what we have stated, we decided to carry out a bibliographical review about some aspects of this topic.Downloads
