Abstract

A case of a neonate with the cytomegalovirus disease, being born at the “Roberto, Rodriguez” General Provincial Teaching Hospital of Morón city is presented, year 1999. The diagnosis is made by means of clinical and anatomo-pathologic exams. The evolution and complications present in this patient are described.
