Actualidad en dismenorrea. Revisión bibliográfica.
Abstract
Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica del tema, haciendo énfasis en la etiopatogenia y el tratamiento, teniendo en cuenta que esta afección es una causa muy común de consulta, sobre todo en la adolescencia acompañado los primeros años de la menarquia, no manejándose en muchas ocasiones correctamente, sobre todo en la atención primaria, muchas veces por desconocimiento; para ello se consultó bibliografía actualizada de los últimos años, disponible en libros, revistas, así como artículos de Internet.
