Neuromielitis óptica de Devic. Presentación de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta un caso de Neuromielitis óptica, variedad o forma clìnica rara de Esclerosis Múltiple, en una paciente de 23 años, femenina, de la raza blanca, con pèrdida de la visión y parestesias en ambos miembros inferiores, las cuales progresaron alcanzando un nivel en D5 con la consiguiente imposibilidad motora total de dichos miembros. Se revisa la literatura y se compara con lo reportado por otros autores.
