Prueba ergométrica y ecocardiograma en el infarto agudo del miocardio con ondas Q y sin Q
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio donde se comprobó el comportamiento de algunas variables ecocardiograficas y ergométricas en el infarto agudo del miocardio con ondas Q y sin Q, el grupo de edad más afectado para ambos tipos de infartos fue el comprendido entre 45 y 54 años (40.9%). Se encontró predominio del sexo masculino (70.4 %). La disfunción ventricular se comportó de manera similar en ambos grupos aunque de manera individual aparecieron en el infarto con ondas Q. La izquemía residual estuvo presente en la totalidad de los casos de infarto sin Q (100 %)los trastornos de la contractilidad fueron los hallazgos más frecuente en la ecocardiografía con predominio en los infartos con Q. Se concluye que el infarto sin Q presenta un mayor riesgo de un nuevo evento izquémico y un pronostico desfavorable a corto plazo.
