Efectos de la presión positiva al final de la inspiración sobre la presión intracraneana y la hemodinamia cerebral en pacientes neurocríticos no traumáticos ventilados. Reporte de 5 casos.
Abstract
Se realiza un informe de los primeros 5 casos sometidos a monitorización de la PIC y la PPC, portadores de patologías neurocríticas no traumáticas, en los cuales se utilizó PEEP por debajo de los 10 cm H2O, con el objetivo de mejorar la oxigenación. Con esto comprobamos que los ascensos moderados de la PEEP a los valores descritos, no producen alteraciones importantes de la PPC.
