Diagnóstico incidental de hemorragia subaracnoidea. Presentación de un caso.

Abstract

Se presentó un caso de Hemorragia Subaracnoidea espontánea que clínicamente fue asintomática y asignológica en el momento del ictus. Se llegó al diagnóstico mediante una punción lumbar realizada para administrar una anestesia espinal con el objetivo de realizar una cirugía de mamas. Se estudió y se diagnosticó un Aneurisma Intracraneal del complejo Comunicante Anterior- Cerebral Anterior derecha. Se intervino quirúrgicamente llevándose a cabo disección del saco aneurismático y presillamiento del cuello del mismo. La evolución fue favorable.
