Fractura luxación abierta de Monteggia: Reporte de un caso.
Abstract
Presentamos un paciente masculino de 39 años que sufrió accidente al descender de un coche de caballos e introducir la mano entre los rayos de la rueda trasera; presentando una fractura luxación abierta de Monteggia derecha tipo II, con lesión vascular y nerviosa. Se realizó de urgencia un desbridamiento quirúrgico, reducción y osteosíntesis intramedular del cúbito, sutura vascular, neurorrafia del nervio mediano y una adecuada reconstrucción muscular. Tuvo una buena evolución sin sepsis ni parálisis motora.
