Tuberculosis. Comportamiento en el municipio Morón.

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio epidemiológico observacional descriptivo para conocer el comportamiento de la Tuberculosis en el municipio Morón durante el quinquenio 1999-2003 revisando 64 historias de los enfermos notificados en este período de tiempo. Se pudo observar que la enfermedad continúa siendo un problema de salud en el municipio Morón, el 75% de los enfermos tuvieron resultados positivos en la baciloscopía, no se alcanzó el indicador establecido por el programa para el diagnóstico en la Atención Primaria de Salud, los síntomas predominantes fueron tos, fiebre, expectoración y pérdida de peso, los fumadores y reclusos fueron los grupos de riesgos que más enfermos aportaron.
