Inspeccion sanitaria estatal. Comportamiento de sus indicadores.

Abstract

Se revisaron las informaciones del Departamento de la Inspección Sanitaria Estatal (ISE) del Centro Municipal de Higiene y Epidemiología de Morón, donde obra las acciones y actividades realizadas por el Grupo de Técnicos que integran este Departamento durante el quinquenio 1999-2003.Se revisó el comportamiento de los principales indicadores de la Inspección Sanitaria Estatal donde las actividades de inspecciones al sector estatal han ido en aumento durante el quinquenio estudiado, se han utilizado más las paralizaciones de las actividades por lo que han disminuido los decomisos, las acciones en el sector privado se han mantenido estable y los alimentos ofertados a la población no han sido de buena calidad biológica aunque los ofertados en el sector privado tuvieron mejor calidad. El agua con que se elaboran los alimentos tanto por el sector estatal como por el privado fue clasificada como no satisfactoria repercutiendo en la calidad de los mismos. La exigencia sanitaria de los inspectores sanitarios no ha sido buena sobre todo en el sector estatal.
