Atrofia Óptica de Kjer.
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio retrospectivo observacional descriptivo de 18 pacientes con Atrofia Óptica de Kjer, atendidos en el Departamento de Neuroftalmología del Instituto de Neurología y Neurocirugía en el período comprendido entre 1980 y 2000, con el objetivo de hacer una caracterización clínica de los mismos y determinar la afectación de la visión de colores, obteniendo como resultado que la mayoría de los pacientes eran del sexo masculino, blancos, con edades oscilando entre 4 y 41 años, debutando a los 6, de forma bilateral con agudeza visual entre 0.2 y 0.4, escotoma central mayor de 5 grados y reducción concéntrica como alteraciones más frecuentes del campo visual, defecto severo al realizar la prueba de Ishihara, predominando la Deuteranomalía Baja, con evolución por lo general tórpida, afectaciones bilaterales en el test de sensibilidad al contraste y al fondo de ojo predominando la palidez temporal de papila y la atrofia del haz papilo-macular.Downloads
