Lipoma gigante. Presentación de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta un paciente de 43 años que acudió a consulta por un aumento de volumen en la parte posterior del muslo izquierdo que le imposibilitaba vestirse y deambular normalmente. Al examen físico se constató un tumor de partes blandas no petreo ni adherido a planos profundos. Los exámenes complementarios hematológicos realizados fueron normales. Se realizó una biopsia por punción compatible con lipoma. Se le realizó la exéresis de toda la tumoración. El exámen anatomopatológico confirmó el diagnóstico de lipoma. Se revisa la literatura sobre el tema presentado y no se encontró el reporte de ningún lipoma gigante con peso de 10,1Kg.
