Relajantes musculares en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo del uso de relajantes musculares en 20 pacientes que padecen de insuficiencia renal crónica, se utilizaron relajantes musculares despolarizantes y no despolarizantes, se demostró que el atracurio fue el bloqueador neuromuscular de duración más corta y el pancuronio resultó ser el bloqueador neuromuscular de mayor duración, la complicación que apareció en nuestro trabajo fue el bloqueo neuromuscular prolongadoDownloads
