Nivel de conocimiento sobre la transfusión en médicos de las especialidades quirúrgicas del Hospital General de Morón “Roberto Rodríguez Fernández”.
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, sobre el conocimiento del uso de la sangre y sus derivados, en los médicos especialistas y residentes de las diferentes especialidades quirúrgicas del Hospital General Provincial Docente Morón “Roberto Rodríguez Fernández”. Se encuestaron 81 médicos, de ellos 73 especialistas y 8 residentes que se evaluaron en aceptable, mínimo aceptable e inaceptable para los diferentes temas encuestados; que fueron: glóbulos rojos, plasma, plaquetas, factores de coagulación, hemodilución y autotransfusión, complicaciones transfusionales y puntuación final. Los peores resultados se encontraron en factores de coagulación, plaquetas, plasma, hemodilucion y autotransfusión; siguiendo en orden de frecuencia las complicaciones transfucionales y los glóbulos rojos. En todos los temas los resultados fueron desfavorables. La puntuación final de la encuesta fue similar entre especialistas y residentes, alcanzando la calificación de inaceptable el 18.8% de los médicos encuestados.
