Miocardiopatía espongiforme y comunicación interauricular. Presentación de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta el caso de un adolescente de 19 años al que se le diagnostica una comunicación interauricular ostium secundum a los 2, 15 y 16 años de edad, se realiza tratamiento quirúrgico. A los 18 años, a raíz de un accidente vascular encefálico se diagnostica una miocardiopatía espongiforme. Se describe el manejo del paciente y se hace una breve descripción del temaDownloads
