Rosácea esteroidea, presentación de un caso
Abstract
Se revisa la bibliografía referente a la rosácea por ser una enfermedad crónica de la piel bastante frecuente, pero fácilmente confundida. Se presenta un caso con diagnóstico tardío de rosácea, que recibía tratamiento con clobetasol crema, favoreciendo su agravamiento. Se describen diversos factores precipitantes de esta enfermedad, entre ellos el uso tópico de corticoides. Se persigue el objetivo de demostrar lo perjudicial que resulta el uso de corticoides potentes en la piel de la cara, y la importancia que adquiere la seguridad en el diagnóstico antes de utilizarlosDownloads
