El proceso de destete en el contexto nacional e internacional

Abstract

Se examina el proceso de destete según los diferentes consensos de los últimos años para lograr conceptos necesarios de uso habitual, adaptados al contexto cubano de las unidades de cuidados intensivos. Se muestra como este proceso ha transcurrido en Cuba y los diferentes protocolos internacionales y locales que se han utilizado en la solución de este problema de las unidades de cuidados intensivos y las particularidades de los mismos según el tipo de pacientes admitidos
