Abstract

Pathological images of an esophageal lipoma are presented, diagnosed in an 81-year-old woman with a personal pathological history of arterial hypertension. The patient was admitted due to loss of muscular strength of the right hemibody and right hemiplegia, she progressed torpidly and died 23 days after admission.
