Abstract

The professionalization process, the training of tutors, the constitution of scientific teams, the development of projects,(1) the formation of investigative competences from undergraduate,(2,3) the updating of directors and professors in scientific-investigative topics, among others. , continue to be limited in the scientific-investigative dynamics of medical universities to achieve an adequate management of science.
