Valoración de la satisfacción del profesional con la especialidad como criterio para evaluar el desempeño profesional en especialistas de Medicina General Integral.
Abstract
Se realizó una investigación observacional descriptiva con el objetivo de evaluar el desempeño profesional de los especialistas en Medicina General Integral del Municipio de Morón a través de una encuesta dirigida a conocer la satisfacción de estos profesionales con su especialidad. Del total de especialistas ubicados en la comunidad (24), el 87,5% refiere encontrarse satisfecho con la especialidad y que la misma les gusta mucho o les gusta más de lo que les disgusta y el 75,0 % elegiría de nuevo la especialidad de Medicina General Integral si tuviera la oportunidad. La valoración que se haga sobre la satisfacción del profesional es un criterio a tener en cuenta para evaluar su desempeño.
