Influencia del campo magnético estacionario en el cultivo de hidridoma
Abstract
Se aplicó un campo magnético estacionario con una intensidad de 4x10-3 Tesla durante 1 hora por seis días a cultivos celulares del hibridoma IOR-R3.
Las células fueron cultivadas en placas de 24 pozos a una densidad celular de 2x104, y fueron mantenidas bajo condiciones de crecimiento exponencial a 37 grados Celsius y atmósfera de CO2 al 5 %. Se emplearon dos placas testigos y dos fueron sometidas a campo magnético. Durante el tiempo de exposición las placas testigos se mantuvieron a igual temperatura que las sometidas al campo.
Se analizó el crecimiento celular, viabilidad y concentración de inmunoglobulinas G obteniéndose mejores resultados en las células expuestas a campo magnético.
