Generación de hidromas secretores de anticuerpos monoclonales anti-fibronectina humana plasmática
Abstract
Se obtuvieron cuatro anticuerpos monoclonales secretados por hibridomas generados mediante la fusión del mieloma P3/x63.Ag8.653 con linfocitos esplónicos de ratones inmunizados con fibronectina purificada a partir del plasma humano.
Se seleccionó el anticuerpo monoclonal F1Fn-R/1-B2/A1 para realizar los estudios de especificidad de este tanto por la molécula utilizada como antígeno como por la que se encuentra en el plasma.
Se demostró que el anticuerpo monoclonal reconoce la molécula de fibronectina plasmática humana.
