Burkitt lymphoma. A case report
Abstract
Burkitt lymphoma is a very early age Hematologic neoplasia. Its most common form of presentation is the nodal disease. It is presented the case of a 7 year old boy who comes in for nasal obstruction, closed rhinolalia and difficulty swallowing, to examine bulging soft palate takes tonsillar fossa in the upper left portion that corresponded with lymphoma observed is presented primary nasopharyngeal Burkitt with neck extension.
