Angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy is a rare lymphoproliferative disease, described almost half a century ago. Three photographic images are presented, corresponding to a 52-year-old male patient with a personal pathological history of being a smoker. He presented persistent low-grade fever, with chills and sweating (more frequent in the afternoon), accompanied by frontoccipital headache that intensified with movements and changes in position. She reported anorexia, arthromyalgia, and weight loss of more than 3 kg, lasting two months.
