Abstract

The psychological evaluation was carried out using the Hasegawa test.

Results: the group of 80 years and older predominated, the female sex, the primary level of schooling and the elderly belonging to extended and dysfunctional families. The most frequent types of abuse were psychological, followed by financial; A greater number of signs of abuse were observed in those who lived with their children.
